By the time Alfred finished washing up, Eunice had also finished preparing a simple meal for him. It was not hard since she was just heating up what remained from their dinner and preparing a few vegetable dishes.
"Come eat. We already had dinner, if I knew you were coming we would have waited for you."
"It is Okay. There is no need for trouble. I had a light meal on the plane so I'm not that hungry."
"Okay. Dig in before it gets cold." Eunice said and went to busy herself in the kitchen to prepare some tea.

After the simple dinner, Alfred went to sit in the lounge as he waited for his wife to bring some tea.
