The ceremony

Courtney's POV

It's been six days since Landon marked me, and the next day was our union ceremony. The house was a lot more different now as Landon's parents had already moved out. Landon also made sure that Logan moved out as well. In fact, he banished him. He did not want him troubling us, and truth be told, I would not like to live in the same house with him for a long time.

Natalia and Aaron were already here, as I requested that they came early. Aaron would had not agreed to it, but with Natalia convincing him, it wasn't too hard.

I was presently in their room now, which they were to stay for the period they would be here. I was with Natalia, while Landon was spending time with Aaron.

I noticed the warm smile on her lips as she stared at me, her gaze trained to my marked neck which I was unconsciously touching.

"It feels good, doesn't it?" There was a look in her eyes, as if she was proud, and it made me shake my head and smile.

"It does."

"And you love him?"
