Why Now

It was eight in the night when I got the call from Hermoine’s father. At first, I thought something happened to her but I didn't expect him to be asking me about her whereabouts when she left my house at nine am this morning. Quickly getting out of my bed I hung up the phone and called hers but there was no response, putting on my clothes. I got in my car and drove the same route that she would’ve to take on her way home.

But I didn't see anything out of place, I got out of the car and start looking around at first it look like the road had been clean, way too clean, looking around I saw shiny things on the floor, walking towards it I pick it up only to find that it was Hermoine’s phone. My heart drops because I knew she wouldn't leave her phone on out here.
