I pull over the Blue Blood manor’s parking lot and make my way to the back. It’s the last thing I want to do. It’s the last place I want to be at. Kayleigh gutted me today. I know I told her I’m not letting her go and I’ll be around but I didn’t mean right now.

“Fuck. You said only a few people will be here? Sounds like there’s a circus back there.” Even though I don’t see who all are at the fire pit, I can hear and smell that there’s more than what was told to me earlier.
