Chapter Eleven

"What's wrong, Blake?" Aiden questioned immediately.

"There was an attack on some members of the pack, and most of them were injected with poisonous substances."

Immediately Aiden heard this, he rose to his feet. "Gather the soldiers immediately, and ensure a safe house for every member that was injured during the attack."

Blake nodded his head and ran out of the room, while Kiara didn't move because she couldn't believe what she had just heard. What the hell was happening? Kiara thought, staring at Aiden as he struggled to rise to his feet.

"What's happening?"

"Nothing. It's nothing I can't handle." Aiden responded, but Kiara wasn't going to take that as an answer to her question. She rushed towards Aiden and grabbed his arm,

"Tell me what the hell is happening? Look at you, you can't go out there else you're gonna collapse. When I checked your pulse earlier, you were weak, Aiden so I guess it's best if you stay put and let Blake handle everything."
