At lunch break, Kai once again stole Darina away for a date. This time, the Queen didn’t resist much.

“Go, have fun, kids. We’ll handle the arrangements, and tomorrow, Darina can simply confirm if everything is to her liking.”

As they reached the car, Kai asked, “Where would you like to go? Maybe shopping?”

“Oh, please no. I hate shopping,” Darina replied with a grimace.

“I thought all girls loved shopping,” Kai said, surprised.

“Not me. My mom and Jenna love it, so they usually pick out clothes I might like and have them sent to the house. I choose what I want to keep from there.”

“I see. By the way, is there any reason you refused to have personal maids at the palace?”

“I don’t need them. I can draw my own bath or grab a juice,” she shrugged.

“You’re definitely different,” Kai said, pulling her closer and pressing butterfly kisses along her cheek.

Darina giggled.

“Let’s go have lunch at my favourite café. Nothing fancy, but the food is amazing.”

“Sounds perfect,” Darina said as Kai

  • The Alpha Prince's Fierce Bride   The Queen of Nothing

“It’s set-up!” Jackie spat. “Someone planted it to frame me!” Reed didn’t blink. “You had shady dealings with Ralph. And a motive to get rid of him.” “I barely knew him!” she snapped back. Reed passed to her his phone and pressed play. Jackie’s face went pale as the recording began to play. It was the same recording Reed had shown Kai earlier, and Jackie watched herself having sex with Ralph in the cabin. She slammed her finger on the pause button midway through. “So what? Just because we had fun once doesn’t mean we were close! That proves nothing!” Reed’s gaze was cold. “Keep watching. The cameras that recorded this are hidden. Only known by ranks Gamma and above. Not Bred. Not Ralph. Not you.” Jackie’s heart pounded as she watched the footage—herself plotting with Ralph, sleeping with Bred, and then stabbing

  • The Alpha Prince's Fierce Bride   The Fall of the False Luna

Jackie woke up feeling like she’d been hit by a train. Her head throbbed, her body ached, and her mood was even worse. As her vision adjusted, the memory of what happened came crashing back—Katriona had left her. “Traitorous b**ch,” she muttered under her breath. She had expected Katriona to help with the healing, to be useful for once. Instead, the damn wolf had abandoned her. Not that she cared much—Katriona had always been a nuisance, questioning her every move, refusing to obey. Jackie wasn’t sad about losing her. But now, she would have to heal like an ordinary human, which was annoying. Still, everything was going according to plan. Soon, she thought, Kai would be eaten alive with guilt. The thought made her smile. He’ll come running, devastated that his chosen Luna killed his baby. He’ll beg for forgiveness… and I’ll let him. He’ll be wrapped around my finger. And she wouldn’t even need

  • The Alpha Prince's Fierce Bride   What Heart Desires

During the day, Darina was distracted by her family, who tried their best to help her unwind. But once night fell and she was alone in her room, thoughts flooded her mind again, making her restless. The room where she had spent most of her life felt too quiet now—almost foreign. Darina lay on her large bed, eyes fixed on the ceiling, but all she could see was Kai. She had done what she had to—because she couldn’t stay in his pack. Not when he didn’t trust her. Didn’t listen. Didn’t choose her when it mattered most. She was alone, buried in memories of a man who had never even touched her the way she ached to be touched. She had asked him to wait until the mating ceremony, and now she was grateful she had. Otherwise, it would’ve hurt even more to walk away after giving herself completely. But she couldn’t block the desire he had stirred in her—the fire he had lit and left burning.

  • The Alpha Prince's Fierce Bride   The Weight of Goodbye

Kai lay on Darina's bed. Her pillow still held her scent, and it comforted him. He hated himself for not believing her—for hesitating when she needed him most. The guilt gnawed at him like a slow burn, and the fear of losing her forever wrapped around his throat like a noose. He wanted to run after her, to make things right. He was fairly sure she had gone back to the Red Full Moon Pack, but he knew winning her forgiveness wouldn’t be easy. He needed a proper plan. He mindlinked Reed. “Buddy, I need your help—and your mate’s. Can you come to Darina’s room? Maybe bring Will too? He’s known Darina since childhood and might have some advice.” “Okay, we’ll be there soon.” An hour later, Amber, Reed, Will, and Cassandra joined Kai in Darina’s room. “Reed filled us in. Alpha, you’re really screwed,” Amber said bluntly, earning surprised looks from everyone. “What?” she chuckled. “The s

  • The Alpha Prince's Fierce Bride   Uncovering The Truth

Loud moans and the sound of bodies slapping filled the room from the recording. On the tape, Ralph was f**king a blonde girl from behind in the cabin near the northern border. Her face wasn't visible due to the camera angle, but the hourglass figure and the heart-shaped mark on her right hip were unmistakable. He recognized her instantly. Still, he couldn’t believe his eyes."Doesn’t she look familiar to you?" Blake mocked coldly.Kai heard a very familiar voice on the recording: "Oh, f**k. Harder. F**k me harder."It was unmistakably Jackie's voice. They both climaxed, and the girl stood up, her body and face now clearly visible. Jackie brushed some blonde strands from her angelic face. Her eyes were dark with lust, hungry for more.Kai was stunned. He checked the date on the tape. She had lied. During the meeting, when asked about her relationship with Ralph, she claimed they only saw each other from afar. But this… this was far more th

  • The Alpha Prince's Fierce Bride   Doubts and Regrets

Darina was pacing in her room, puzzled and unsettled. One part of her was furious—Kai hadn’t even let her properly defend herself, choosing to believe his manipulative ex instead. That part of her wanted to pack her bags and leave immediately. But another part longed for Kai, searching for excuses, dreaming that he would come running to her now, apologizing, showering her with love. She had already patched up her broken heart after John’s rejection, and now destiny had dealt her another cruel blow. She truly believed she could be happy with Kai—that she had finally found love—but her happiness hadn’t lasted long.“She just fell into a trap. He’ll know the truth eventually,” Coral tried to soothe her.“I know. But he didn’t trust me. He thought so little of me—as if I could hurt a pregnant woman out of jealousy,” Darina cried, an angry tear sliding down her cheek.“I know, honey, but he loves you. Blake, too. They love us,” Coral said gent
