Thirty Two

Mauris POV.

I led Oma out of the room, leaving Kylie and the doctor behind. I could feel her body trembling in my hands as I held her upright. I held her until we got outside, she breathed in the pristine air rapidly, gripping my arm tightly. She looked like she was out of air or something, as if she would faint any minute.

"Are you alright?" I asked, holding her upright. She took a few seconds, taking in deep breaths before she stood upright and gently pushed me away from her side.

"I am fine, let's go." She replied, firmly.

"Alright." I said, looking at her suspiciously. We headed to the car parked near the emergency entrance, I took the wheel and she took the seat right besides mine. I turned on the ignition and we drove away from the hospital.

The ride was mostly silent, Oma kept staring out the window refusing to look at me but she suddenly turned around to stare at me.

"What are you going to do tomorrow? What other lie do you plan on coming up with? You can't keep doing this Mau
