Cassandra is confused. She clenched her palm in which she is hiding the pill intended for Leo. But she is not sure who Leo is among the twins. If she gives this pill to Logan, then it will have drastic effects. The power of this pill is not enough to control him, and he would get over it soon. But when he is under the effects of the pill, he can listen and understand everything that is happening around him. So as soon as he gets over the effect of the pill, then it's game over for Cassandra and her people. So they carefully selected Leo for this.
