TRISTAN'S POV

“Still doesn't explain that of all dealers in the wolf world, you thought you could play me and get away with it. I'm sorry, but you need to be taught the lesson of your life, Marco.”

The strike was swift. I had torn off a portion of his skin, leaving his ribs and his lungs exposed. The cry and wail that rented the quiet of the night was music to my ears. I wanted them all to hear it, I wanted them to know.

I wasn't to be joked with, I wasn't one to be messed with. I wanted to pass that message across. That I wasn't anybody's regular dealer. We were the masked men, and we were going to destroy and clear any obstacle that opposed us, that tried to be too smart when it came to business.

“Please, temper justice with mercy. I promise that this won't repeat itself ever again.”

I grinned devilishly, staring at the weak sight that was once Marco Reus, at the crimson pool that was his blood as it stained the sheets, rendering the white useless.
