ORION'S POV

Bleeding, I watched the man from the masked dealers gang escape. Although I was a superior wolf, I found out that he was way stronger than most wolves his size and his age. The strike had been swift and accurate, and it infuriated me that he had struck me cleanly when I least expected it.

I watched them go, driving away in the two trucks that had brought them, the roar of their engines fading into the night.

I knew better than to follow them. They were highly trained and organized criminals . I was following them at my own risk. Fighting them had told me what I needed to know.

The whole of New Orleans was in trouble if the disease that was the masked dealers wasn't curbed as soon as possible. They were a plague, and I found out that with the right resources and the right powers, they would be way stronger than imagined.
