Nathan Black
I was fine.
The gashes could have been more severe if I didn't manage to dodge it in time, save for the blood that hadn’t stopped trickling down my back. That, along with my torn shirt, having the liquid soaked into the cloth.
Yet, with it splattered across the field, it didn't help but make it seem worse than it actually was. Though, it still be fucking hurt now that the wounds had been exposed to the cold night air.
"No… no, no, Nathan! No!" Her hoarse cries was what had my head lifted, eyes searching when it finally laid on her. The booms of her voice were painful, that I already knew her throat must have been clawing painfully
Emma Grey Where was he heading to? He was slipping through deeper into the forest, to a place where I had never been, where it seemed as though it had never been touched. Chills creeped its way down my back at how ghostly the atmosphere was. Not only that, the fact that the living being I could sense was only the both of us had made it much worse than it had already been. Where the freak was he taking me to? I had even counted the trees we had passed by in an attempt to remember the track we had come from. Which I had lost count long ago. God, I want nothing more than to get off of him in this instance. Not with his reek scent almost latching onto me, sending the
Nathan Black "Let's see who could find her first." That was all Sir Joshue had said before he bolted to the direction he had stared along from the very beginning. And it wasn’t difficult to digest as to why he did that, I was most definitely sure that was the way she had run off to. Where was she? I need to find her before he reaches her first. My legs padded through the forest, eyes wild searching for anything that was similar to her figure. It was easier, strolling around in my wolf form, as my sight was clearer than when I was a human. This was frustrating. No matter where I headed to, no matter where I turned, there was no trace of her. As if she was so careful as to not let any single being found out where she was,
Emma Grey Was this the right direction? My legs had grown tired, having to run all the way here. How lucky I was that I had managed to stumble into the marks carved to the trees. It means I had somehow made it closer to the camp, where I could at least recognize one or two of the tracks. Away from the unalive forest Sir Joshue had forced me into. And there would be no way I would want to stay there any longer, that place was basically ghostly. Though, isn't it odd that he seemed to be so well versed even with that part of the area. Well, I knew he was the leader and he should observe the territory wholly. Still, shouldn't he at least do something with the woods, trimming it so that we could all benefit from it.
Nathan Black Why am I always late? It was frustrating, how I could never be where I was supposed to promptly when I needed to? And to make it even worse than it already was, no matter what I do, Sir Joshue would always be a step further from me. It's not that I hadn't realized how alarming the stares he had given to mother when we were here eight years ago. Even with my young age, I could already decipher the look he had which was nothing but treacherous. And with only a look from father, I was instantly on my feet to go after her. Though, I was sure that he would have gone there himself if not for the sly woman holding him back. As if everything was purposely planned to separa
Emma Grey "Nathan!" Oh, god. If there's anything I could wish for right now, it was for them to stop. Seeing his back collided with the tree had my concerns heightened than it already had. The more the claws dug into Nathan's skin, the more curses breathed out of my lips towards Sir Joshue. My fingers clenched into the ground, gripping into the dirt of earth with him groaning in pain. Was he alright? His name almost rolled out of my tongue again when he finally pushed himself on his feet. The grunts only lasted for a second before Nathan launched towards him, yet again leaving another wound into the Sir Joshue's back.
Nathan Black It was unintentional. The whole point of me scenting her as of now was to showered her with the utmost comfort I could give. And yet, here I was, lost in the sweetness of her roses that I couldn't help myself but to shorten the invisible gap there was between us. Having my nose directly muffled to where her scent extensively emitted had almost had me weak to my knees. I had already whipped with only a whiff of her roses, now that it was this close, I almost lost all my senses. I was too addicted to her that I, without realizing it, had purred. With how close our bodies were to each other, I was most definitely sure she could feel the vibrations transmitted to her body. It had me frozen for a second bit, mind spiraling to the newfound fact I had just discovered. When was the last time I had been in so much peace that I fucking purred onto someone? That's right, never. She was the first to have me abandon all the turmoils whirling in my mind to only bask myself to her
Emma Grey Was there anything I could do to appease this suffocating air? My throat went dry with how much of the poisonous air I unconsciously inhaled, all reek with grilling black smoke that had begun to obscure my sight. And even my eyes had watered, having it stinging my pupils as I blinked it repetitively. Another cough left my throat as whisked of smoke filling my system, infusing my lungs even more. It was getting even more strenuous to breathe in the air giving the thick smoke surrounding us now. My hand flew to cover my nose, attempting to ward off the smoke that had scrambled into my senses. Seeing the flames ablaze a couple of feet away from where we were had my mind spiral with restlessness. We had to escape from this place, fast. I could already feel the heat of the raging fire from where I stood, I couldn't imagine how it was for him. With them being closer to where it had mostly spreaded, the fire must've roasted them greatly. If the heavy pants on both men in fr
Nathan Black “Nathan! Watch out!” Emma's reverberating voice echoed through the forest, alarmingly filled with terror as my eyes met those distasteful features. One I had hoped to never again cross paths with. What the fuck was Xena doing here? My teeth gritted, tightening my jaw to the unrequested guest while both of my hands had roughly pinned Sir Joshue to the ground. Shit, what should I do? She clearly had prepared to pounce over in our direction. With my hand being full, forbidding him from attempting any other charges towards me had made my back open for other attacks to slip by. Of course, by her. The growl underneath me was clear as daylight, snickering to the situation I was in. I huffed a loud breath frustratingly, knowing the limitation of choices I was given as of now. I had to be more cautious than I had been before. With the additional wounds from the brawl, and the gashes on my back that had unceremoniously gotten even larger now, another attack from her wo
