CHAPTER 13–Angels and Banes pack. EUDORAHow quickly running away from here would be my nightmare was what I didn’t know until we were halfway across the huge compound of Alpha Tauren. The double doors we had barely walked out of flung open and a deafening alarm sound rang through the entire space. A loud voice followed in a dramatic way, “We’re under attack! CHAPTER 14–Not without him. EUDORA. He must have sensed my fear. He was a predator who could smell fear and use it against his prey. I couldn’t even run out of a speeding car if I wanted to. CHAPTER 15–Not his Bride. EUDORA. I have been in a lot of situations. Embarrassing ones were my forte and humiliating ones easily bagged second place. Chapter 18: Eyes that change with time. EUDORA. Outside of his door, I tried hard to steady my breathing. I looked down at myself like any crinkle on my borrowed dress could tick him off or a single hair out of place would make him run wide like he did back at Alpha Tauren’s room. One thing I made sure to keep properly hidden under the wig was my multi-colored hair. No one could see that. Especially not him.
