A few days later, Andrew had gone back to his pack, and everything had gone back to normal, except for the fact that Bella was saddened by his absence. The day he left, Sophie had spoken and begged him through the mind link to help her escape, but he turned her down.

The thing bothering Ezra now was the fact that he had no idea what Jake could be planning. There had been no sign of an attack. Daniel had even sent spies there, but he found nothing.
