Alpha GabrielI arrived home hours later. After Serenity stormed off in anger, I needed time to think so I went on a run, giving Spirit the opportunity to run wild. I used that opportunity to go round my territory, round the forest surrounding Blackwood, my home. Even with the run, I couldn't think straight. I felt so terrible. "Why don't you come in and show me?" I asked in a breathless voice. I couldn't resist him. Staring at his hard toned body alone made my knees weak, and all the resolve I had mustered oozed away like breeze. I watched him step into the water, not bothering to take off his pants. His eyes never left mine as he lowered himself into the flowing water and slowly made his way over to me. I didn't say a word as he stopped before me and lifted a hand to my cheek. "You look angry," Alpha Gabriel observed, staring straight into my eyes. I frowned a bit. How could he tell I was pissed? Was I so easy to read? "Tell me, Serenity. What's bothering you?" The next few days went past with no incident. Alpha Gabriel kept a close watch on me, and even with all my complaints, he didn't relent. He never let me step out on my own. Two of his warriors always stayed with me wherever I went because I hadn't moved into the mansion yet. That morning, I woke up in a sour mood. My dreams had been filled with memories of the night I was kidnapped. The strange werewolf had appeared to me again, claiming me as his and vowing that we would meet again.
