Destiny’s pov

“It just… wants to destroy. To kill. It’s terrifying, Rose, because it feels so powerful. So… me.”

I recounted how the darkness felt, my voice was thick with fear and confusion. “I don’t understand it. The first time, it was when Maria threatened me. And then again today, when he was hurting you. It’s like it comes out when I feel… violated, or when someone I care about is in danger.”

Rose reached out, taking my hand. Her fingers were still a bit shaky, but her grip was firm as she held me. “You’re scared of it.” It wasn’t a question.

I nodded, looking down at our joined hands. “I’m absolutely terrified. I’m sure if Grayson didn’t show up the time he did, I would have pounced on him, Rose. If you hadn’t held me back earlier, with Maria, I don’t know what I would have done. Something inside me screaming to be let loose, to tear him apart. And that was not my wolf.”

“But you didn’t let loose,” Rose said softly, squeezing my hand. “You didn’t let it take over completely. Th

  • The Alpha's Destiny    My Father

Theo’s PovThe stench of blood and sweat hit me the moment I stepped into the torture room. It was everywhere. It clung to the damp stone walls, thick and metallic, mixing with the smell of fear. The low, pained whimpers of the rogue were a constant background noise, followed by the sharp crack of bone or the tearing of flesh.Matt, my Beta was standing over the rogue's broken form. He held a whip in his hand. The tip of it was already dripping with blood. Matt was efficient and brutal when he needed to be, and was very loyal. Beside him stood Maria, her face a mask of cold satisfaction. A few other enforcers and high-ranking pack members were also present, their faces grim, but none showing any sign of pity. This rogue had threatened the Alpha's sister, and worse, he was connected to Elder Elara’s petrification. No mercy was going to be shown. At all. The rogue was a mess. His skin was raw and bleeding in places. His bone was probably showing in others. He was tied to a chair, hi

  • The Alpha's Destiny    Soft And Sweet

Chapter Sixty sixTheo’s povDestiny. My mate who didn't know she was mine. Her lips, soft and sweet, were still on mine. The taste of her, a mix of sleep and something that was…her had hit me like a physical blow. It was a jolt that went straight to my core, a jolt that shook the foundations I’d built around myself. My wolf was purring deep inside me. It was a sound of pure contentment. He was urging me to deepen the kiss, to pull her closer, to lose myself in her.Just as I was about to do just that, she pulled away.It was a small back up, but it was enough to break the spell. Her eyes, still heavy-lidded from sleep, fluttered open. I saw a flush creep up her neck, painting her cheeks a soft, rosy pink. I forced back a smirk creeping to my lips. She was flustered. Good. I loved that her breath was coming in short, quick gasps. And the sight of it, the way she reacted to me, like a wild thing that was caught off guard, brought a low, pleased growl to my chest. It was a good feel

  • The Alpha's Destiny    So…Me

Destiny’s POV“Drop the damn knife or I’ll claw your head out from your head.”The voice was calm, almost collected, but it held a chilling promise. My eyes, still narrowed with a murderous intent, watched as the rogue flinched. His head snapped back, his eyes widening in pure terror as he registered the new threat behind him.The silver dagger, which had been pressing against Rose’s chest, shook. Then, slowly and very reluctantly, his grip on the knife loosened. The glint of metal caught the last rays of the setting sun as the dagger clattered to the ground. Rose, who was still whimpering, stumbled forward, away from her captor. The relief that washed through me was sharp and sudden. It slammed into my chest, making me gasp. The darkness that had been clawing at my insides, wanting to consume me, retreated just as quickly as it had come. My claws, which had been elongating, slowly retracted into my fingers. My breathing, which had been ragged and harsh, began to even out. But my h

  • The Alpha's Destiny    Desire?

Destiny’s POV The air was thick with tension. All eyes were on the intruder who held the silver dagger straight at Rose’s chest. The blade glistened under the setting sun. “Don’t fucking come any closer,” the rogue growled, his snarl sharp as he pulled a whimpering Rose closer to his chest, pressing the silver blade against her covered flesh. Rose’s eyes were filled with horror, and my heart clenched. Alpha Theo looked like he could pounce at any second from now, but I knew he wouldn’t do it. Not when his sister’s life was at stake. “Let her go now, and we can settle this like grown shifters.” His voice was calm, but everyone could hear the threat in it. I gritted my teeth, glaring when the rogue snorted and let out a dry laugh. “Do you think I’m stupid?” The rogue, despite the hardness of his features, looked terrified. He knew what he was up against. Or better still, who he was up against. He knew he would be torn to pieces if Theo laid his hands on him. “There’s no way I

  • The Alpha's Destiny    Electrifying

Destiny’s POVTheo just stood there completely naked, the slight breeze making his dark strands of hair dance on his head. His grey eyes studied me while he moved slowly to my wolf, who in turn was staring at him. Inside my wolf, it was impossible not to keep my gaze on his semi-hard-on that was in front of him.Goddess, even without being completely hard, he was still huge.An electrifying feeling zapped through me when he got closer and squatted right in front of us.“You’re so beautiful,” he said as his hand patted my wolf, eliciting a purr from her.She rubbed her face against his palm, eyes closed in ecstasy. I snorted. Goddess, she was so easy.He let out a low, deep chuckle. “Your human hates me. But you…” he placed a soft kiss on her forehead. She took a step back at the action, not having expected that. Then with head raised high, she huffed, and started to walk in the direction the other pack wolves went, “…you tolerate me,” he said with a soft laugh from behind me.Good. S
