As they settled into the car, Valeria's curiosity resurfaced.

"Who is he?" she asked gently, referring to the blind boy.

Zara turned, scanning the surroundings. "Who's who?"

Valeria clarified, "The little boy, Enoch.

Karan's expression softened. "Oh!!! Well.........Enoch was abandoned at the hospital as a newborn, unfortunately His parents didn't want a blind son."

Valeria's heart ached. "That's really heartbreaking."

Karan nodded. "Yeah and even worse is, He knows the truth and that hurts him even more despite our attempts to shield him from it."

Valeria's curiosity deepened. "Do you think his words are real?"

Karan hesitated. "Some say it's mere coincidence; others believe he sees the future.

"I for one used to think he did, but today....Zara chimed in, "A woman who tamed the great and mighty Alpha Valtor, Changing him from the social psychopath he was and turned him into a loving husband, can't be in a wrong union. Can you imagine?"

  • The Alpha's Dilemma   Breakfast After Ever.

As the morning sun cast its golden glow, perfectly positioned in the sky, the helpers bustled around with purpose, racing against time to set the table before Aiden's family descended for breakfast and Sophia's family arrives. Thanks to the previous day's whirlwind activities, the families slept in, exhausted, giving the helpers a much-needed window to prepare breakfast undisturbed before their arrival and all the staff worked diligently to ensure everything was in place. A few hours later, breakfast was served and the house was nearly spotless when Sophia's sisters, Nancy, Fiona, and Daphne, arrived, each carrying elegantly wrapped gift boxes. The maid escorted them to the living room, then hurried upstairs to rouse the rest of the family. Some were already ready, while others slowly emerged from their slumber, dragging themselves to the bathroom to freshen up before heading downstairs. Soon, everyone was seated around the dining table, exchanging pleasantries as well as laughing

  • The Alpha's Dilemma   The Big Day.

The morning of the wedding day dawned bright and beautiful, with a warm sun shining down on the venue. Sophia woke up early, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. She lay in bed for some time, taking a deep breath and savoring the moment. Today was the day she would marry the love of her life, Aiden. As she got out of bed, her friends and siblings were already bustling around, helping her get ready. They flitted about, steaming her dress, curling her hair, and adding the final touches to her makeup. Sophia's nerves began to dissipate as she was surrounded by the people she loved, all working together to make her feel like a Disney princess. Meanwhile, Aiden was preparing himself for the big day. He woke up early, feeling grateful for the love they shared and the journey that had brought them to this moment. He took a deep breath, thinking about the vows he would make to Sophia, and the promises he would make to love and cherish her for the rest of their lives. As the guests be

  • The Alpha's Dilemma   The House Guest.

The weather and comfortable bed had conspired to rob Daphne of her early rising habits. She was later awakened by the enticing aroma of freshly baked pastries and the savory scent of breakfast wafting from the kitchen. As she slowly opened her eyes, she pulled back the curtains and noticed the sun had risen high in the sky. Rubbing the sleep from her face, she quickly got out of bed and made her way downstairs. "Good morning, sir," Daphne greeted hastily, her eyes widening as she collided with Allen in the kitchen. "I'm really sorry, sir. I don't usually sleep in this late. I don't know what happened today." She apologized profusely, feeling a bit flustered. Allen's smile softened as he turned around, his features captivating her attention. He wore a sleeveless shirt, showcasing his toned muscles, and an apron hung around his waist, adding a touch of rugged charm to his appearance. With one hand expertly holding the pan and the other wielding a spoon, he flipped the eggs with the

"Rise and shine, everybody!" Nancy's voice boomed down the hallway, followed by the sound of curtains opening and morning light spilling into each room. Groans and grumbles echoed from the other rooms. When Nancy reached Daphne's room, she yanked open the curtains, letting sunlight flood in. "Come on, Daphne, get up! You're going to be late!" Daphne buried her face in the pillow, mumbling incoherently. Nancy burst into Fiona's room, chirping, "Rise and shine, young lady!" Fiona's voice was husky with sleep as she replied, "I was so sure it was you making all that noise and disturbing my sleep. I was so sure it was you and couldn't have been anybody else. Get out of my room Nancy" She dragged her duvet over her face, trying to block out the light and continue sleeping. Nancy chuckled and swiftly pulled the duvet off Fiona's body, darting out of the room. Fiona groggily got out of bed and chased after her, grumbling under her breath. Both of them thundered downstairs, prompting the o

  • The Alpha's Dilemma   Mere Coincidence.

As Aiden arrived at the house, the girls' eyes widened with excitement. They squealed and ran to him, hugging him tightly. Aiden laughed and hugged them back, happy to see them so enthusiastic. Sophia smiled and welcomed Aiden warmly. "Good morning, Aiden. Come on in. Please, join us for breakfast?" Aiden nodded, taking a seat at the table. Sophia bustled around, serving him a plate of pancakes and fresh fruit. The girls chattered excitedly, asking Aiden about the gown fitting and what they could expect. After breakfast, Aiden thanked Sophia and the family, then took a seat in the living room while the girls got ready. Sophia and the others scurried around, gathering their things and preparing for the outing. As they finished up, Sophia turned to Aiden and smiled. "We're all set. Let's get going." Aiden stood up, his eyes locking onto Sophia's. "Sounds good. I'll get the car." With that, they were off, ready to take on the day and find the perfect gowns for the girls. As

  • The Alpha's Dilemma   A Pinch of Fantasy.

Allen sat behind his desk, his expression unreadable. Daphne stood before him, a hint of apprehension in her voice. "Am I in trouble, sir?" she asked. Allen didn't respond. Instead, he turned his computer screen towards Daphne, gesturing for her to take a seat. His silence spoke volumes, and Daphne's unease grew as she lowered herself into the chair. Daphne sat in front of Allen's desk, her eyes scanning the cake designs on the screen. Allen stood up from his seat, his movements fluid and confident. He walked around the desk and stood behind Daphne, leaning forward slightly. "Let's take a closer look," he said, his voice low and professional. His proximity to Daphne was subtle, yet unmistakable. He was her boss, and he was asserting his authority in a gentle, yet firm manner. As they leaned in together, their heads bent over the screen, Daphne felt a flutter in her chest. She tried to focus on the cake designs, but she couldn't help being aware of Allen's presence behind her
