ALPHA DAMON’S POVI rushed toward the main doors to the palace along with Darwin and Sylvia to see the woman whom I had never seen before but claimed she knew exactly where Jenny and Rita were in the PISTAN pack. Rita and Sam were deep in a conversation with each other as they ate while I munched away on my food in silence and suddenly, Sam shot up to his feet and I looked up at him. CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOURJENNY’S POVNo one else came after the guard left which meant our plan worked and our secret was still safe. So it was just me and Rita throughout the night. There was nothing to do so we went to sleep early, hoping that Alpha Baron won’t show up the next morning even though we both knew it was impossible. JENNY’S POVThe sun was harsh and it burnt my skin as I did my chore, walking to and fro to carry the boxes that I and three other maids were assigned to offload from a truck in the palace but the guards that supervised us had umbrellas over their heads to protect themselves from the sun.I walked back to the truck to carry another one of the boxes when one of the maids who was beside me sneered before she began to talk to herself with anger on her face.“I wonder why these boxes have to be taken from here so urgently.
