47| The Mysterious Glow
As Serena slept, a small creature fluttered through the room, being careful not to wake her up. Tomorrow would be the chance to take the book. Now that they knew where it was. Yet, to be certain, they flew and easily penetrated the barrier of the closet door. Their beady eyes gleamed as they stared at the bag. Why did they find it here last time?
As they fluttered closer, making sure to make the least sound, something within the bag glowed. Their eyes widened. The need to discover what was happening overwhelmed every other thought, but the moment they were close enough, they felt as if more than them closing in, something...some odd energy was pulling them.
