Chapter 60 - Saving Zion.

Gabriella wouldn’t take the chance of telling anyone that she was going after the Wolf King. She didn’t even leave a note for fear that Lucienne would come after her. She was going to kill the Wolf King on her own without anyone else having to sacrifice their lives. She ran through the forest to the point where every muscle in her body ached right through to the bone.

She had used the spell she got from one of the witches in the city just a couple of days ago to hide her scent and she was making her way closer to the human settlement. Meeting up with her two scouts that were keeping an eye on the situation, she gasped as soon as she saw Zion’s wolf in the cage. That bastard had given her friend away as if she was just some kind of animal!

The humans had patrols and guns and they sounded pretty trigger-happy from what Gabriella’s scouts told her. It was a more dangerous situation than she had ever anticipated! What was worse, was the fact that the bastard had already left the
