This man was going to be the death of me.

The way he looks at me caused my blood rush across my cheeks, and definitely made them obvious enough for him to notice.

"Forget about that, what are you doing in my room in the first place?"

I said in a raspy voice trying to divert the conversation to literally anything else.

But then he stood up. I felt him take one step and then another close to me until the distance between us was slimmer than I remembered it.

When I glanced back at him, he was standing in front of my face and asked me to repeat my question.

"Well, I can't even tell you now because I myself have forgotten about the question…"

I said. Even though I remembered every single word and I could repeat the same things easily, of course I was not going to do that in front of him.

He looked at me and his eyes seemed to waver from every direction possible before he finally responded.
