Chapter 13

The time Lillian spent at the King’s villa finally came to an end. She didn’t want to go home, but she knew that she’d eventually have to.

When she got home, Aurora bullied her around the house even more than usual. She pretended to accidentally spill juice on her clothes or bump into her roughly and then blame her for it.

One day, while she was away at Zack’s, Aurora threw a tantrum that her favorite earring was gone and that it was Lillian who stole it because she had been eyeing that pair of earring for days. She barged into Lillian’s room and turned it upside down.

Aurora found it under the bed and made her parents see this.

“See! I knew that bitch stole it from me!” she told her parents, holding out her pair of earrings in her palm for them to see.

“I can’t believe that after all we did, she would still do this disgusting thing.” Victor retorted.

“Don’t worry, love. We will punish her for this.” Lisa told her, caressing her daughter’s head.
