   There are just too many of them. The women were surrounded by more than twenty warriors and animals. The girls are still too far away. Shawna is pregnant and fighting Shaid. Shawna is the only one close enough to reach the girls right now and she is fighting Shaid. I’m injured, but vampires won’t kill me, but that doesn’t mean they don’t hurt like a bitch. The alpha, Montego, and Blaze are surrounded by a horde of vampires. Looking out over the war in front of me is heartbreaking. The werewolves are outnumbered, but they fight with the strength and courage of a thousand warriors. The witch that started this mess is slowly making her way to the girls. If she succeeds in raising the dark one, we are all going to perish. Which is why I have made my way into the castle in search of where the dark one is being held.
