Khaleesi's POV; A part of me wanted to answer with 'a place you'd never dream of stepping into throughout your lifetime ' but from the way the heat radiated off his body, the other part of me knew that it was going to be a wrong call and it was best for me to keep my mouth shut for a bit. Thinking about it, his question might be a way for him to sooth his ego but the way he talked was in no way satisfactory to me. If anything, it was only giving me more urge and the strong control to go against him. "I'd like to eat my breakfast," I said, ignoring his question and pretending like his sudden touch wasn't affecting me. There was no way his touch that began from my fingers up to my wrist wasn't affecting me and it was taking me a good number of self-control to get my act together and act like I wasn't getting affected by his touch. A small grunt from him, followed by his mouth on my ear was all it took for my thoughts to suddenly become mushy. "That isn't the answer to my q
Khaleesi's POV: "Sorry to interrupt you Alpha but there are some urgent matters that require your attention now and cannot be postponed." Lior's sudden appearance was one thing I'd forever appreciate and I patiently waited for Aodhàn to move away from me! At last, I didn't have to take the shame of my body betraying me and going against my will because of a man again. Seconds passed and after what seemed like a long time, he finally moved away from me but not before saying, "We'll continue this talk later, darling. Be prepared." And with one pat to my butt that had my mouth dropping open in surprise, he created a distance between us. That fucker! I yelled in my head squeezing my fists tightly together and swallowing down my anger. This wasn't the time to attack him; I could definitely do it some other time- were the words I used to encourage myself before pulling my mind to focus on the food spread out on the huge table. "Like hell I would...," I couldn't help but
Khaleesi's POV; The aim had been to walk around the pack and sightsee whatever there was to be intrigued about. That had only be my intentions; to walk around, possibly admire nature and see what else this pack had to offer. Never did I expect to walk right into a crowd of the Bloodmoon pack members, comprising of the females and the pups, all staring at me like they had been waiting to hear my 'words of wisdom.' No shit because the only thing in my head was to bolt away from them and leave as far as I could. From the look on their faces though, I could tell they were just about ready to follow me on my heels and pursue me to the end. This was sure as hell another fantastic way to continue my day! First, it had been getting into a headlock with Aodhàn and him almost winning me. Now, it was his pack members whom I have no idea what they wanted except from the way they kept on staring like I was their goddess. "Uh....can I help you? Is there something you need?" I asked tenta
Khaleesi's POV; No! I wasn't supposed to be softhearted for any reason again but staring at a pair of brown watery doe eyes changed my resolve without my prior knowledge. I sniffed gently, only to get attacked by the combination of all of the scents of the women and pups gathered in front of me. It was doing things to me I didn't want to do for anyone aside from my pack. There was the urge to protect all of them which was solely as a result of getting bonded with Aodhàn, their Alpha. This was one of the results I hadn't carefully thought of when I took on the role of making an alliance with his pack. "I think there must have been some sort of mistake," I started meekly, trying to reason with them but it seemed like my words had become nothing but the fuel added to their already burning fire. "Wh...what are you talking about, Luna?" One of the teenagers- a female, asked quietly, eyes on me but the quake in her voice didn't miss my ears. I felt a part of my heart getting tu
Khaleesi's POV; Now, it was clear from the look on their faces that I was the evil one. A refusal and it looked like I had unleashed all hell on them. I wouldn't have minded anything if it wasn't for the gentle tug on my clothes and once again I was left to stare into a pair of innocent eyes that looked like they were staring and boring deep into my soul. Those pair of eyes soon had tears in them and were now looking up at me, as if to tell me of the impending doom of those tears. "Do you hate us that much?" Asked the little boy. If it wasn't for the innocence in his eyes, I would have thought he had been brainwashed by one of the adults and had been asked to say these words. One thing I learned back then while watching over my pack, after my parents death was that kids never told lies. If a kid was to tell one how ugly they looked, then believe such kid because they meant it and that was the truth. I blinked my eyes, allowing myself the satisfaction of showing my exact react
Khaleesi's POV; Back in my pack; As I walked in my office, trying so hard to find what to do and keep myself busy, sweat had managed to form on my forehead. "I shouldn't have agreed," I whispered, biting my nails and glaring at my neatly arranged table. For once, I was pissed at my ability to get things done in the blink of an eye. Was this even supposed to be funny at all? It was finally the day of the Bloodmoon pack's festival and even as we were far away from each other, I could feel their excitement in the weak bond we had. It was still a weak bond since I and Aodhàn had barely consummated the mating ceremony finish and had only taken an oath. With it being like this, there was no way I could have a strong bond with his pack. Was I attracted to him? Absolutely not and neither did I have plans on sealing the deal finally with him. At best, I just had to move back and avoid him at all costs. It had been difficult to learn the hard way that feelings couldn't be avo
Khaleesi's POV;Bloodmoon pack:The words of Alaric haunted me like a ghost while I tried hard to make sense of my emotions. Was I happy? Sad? Cheerful? I didn't exactly know but one thing I was very sure of was the fact that my emotions weren't exactly right and I was affected by the huge bomb Alaric dropped on me. Every attempt at trying to tell myself that Dan's supposed last words didn't mean a thing and had just been spontaneous, cruelly went down the drain. No! Those words were the type that were left behind to haunt me. All the while, the one person I thought was behind the death of my parents was actually the wrong information? No, that couldn't be right. Alaric had personally investigated it himself, alongside me who was hellbent on seeking vengeance for my parents. Now, he was still the one telling me what Dan had left behind in his death. Was this supposed to be some sort of joke? I thought, dragging my feet to the room Aodhàn had assigned for me. It hadn't been part of
Khaleesi's POV; "No. Of course not. I'm just surprised it's only you that's left here. What? Do you not like gatherings like such? It's okay, we can skip today's own if you don't," and yes, that was the perfect excuse and more like also a perfect way for me to try and avoid having to go to the festival and showcase the dance I never practiced. Going to dance Infront of everyone would only be like publicly going to shame myself intentionally. "No. The Alpha has ordered for me to escort you over as soon as you're back," came her answer which sounded firmer and forceful. "The Alpha wouldn't know I came back early if you decide to keep your mouth shut. What do you say?" Despite knowing that what I was doing wasn't supposed to be so, you could say I was only pushing on Yenna's buttons to see who she truly was under the calm façade she put on. After so many effort in pushing and pulling, I came to the conclusion after realising how much of a choice I had. The first one being that

Khaleesi's POV;I didn't need to be told that I was yet again dreaming in the midst of war. Moreover, why do my dreams always have to be wet dreams I knew would never be fulfilled. Was Sebastian sweet? Definitely not. Was Elias sweet? I really didn't know. Was Alasdair sweet? Yes, but then, why was it that my dream wasn't about him? Everytime I closed my eyes to sleep, I was always ending up in Dreamland. Have I been cursed? I didn't know but then, I recalled something and I hoped at this point, whatever it was that was going to happen in my dreams, my mother shouldn't be watching. Now that she had made herself known beside me, she didn't need to keep watching me in my dreams. After several failed attempts of trying to wake myself and leave Dreamland, I gave up on this idea and rather focused on the situation at hand. How did I even fall asleep in the first place? I couldn't understand this as my thoughts were all jammed up. A touch on my bare shoulder was enough to send me to an
Before the coven of witches arrived, the Red moon pack members all arrived safely, with none of the members missing. They were all ushered into Alasdair's home which already contained the Blue moon pack members. "Joanna, you need to stay in. I promise, we would rescue your son and bring him back to you," Sebastian spoke, finally braving up to speak to her."No, stay out of my way. This is my fight," Joanna hissed while he immediately retreated."No, this is our fight!" Mark yelled as he threw his fist into the air."Fine, just be safe," Sebastian gave up stopping her while Joanna ignored his words.Mark was carried outside, behind the flowers where his body was hidden. This was a big risk they had all taken to ensure he'd get back to normal as soon as they spotted Helen, the one who put him in this condition.Althea who had also been locked in Alasdair's house during the previous battle was allowed to join the fight. No one dared to stop her since they all knew her main aim. Alasda
This left Aric with one choice which was to kill every witch he came across as fast as he could.Soon enough, he went unto action.Elias and Stella both noticed Altair who was planning on killing another guard and immediately went to stop him. They both directed the guards to kill the other witches while they fought with Altair who seemed displeased by their actions."Why is no one taking my side?" Altair screamed blindly as he fought with them . He was seconds away from changing to his wolf form and they could see it. "... because you're doing the wrong thing. No one is going to take your side," Stella yelled as she dodged his incoming blow. Her words seemed to further anger Altair as he charged towards her once more, leaving Elias out of it. Midway,he changed into his wolf form while Stella transformed to the creature that once haunted Joanna. Everyone on the battlefield could see Stella change and the moment she did, the witches who were starting to have the upper hand all star
Allegra's pov; "Ooooh!" I stretched on the soft bed beneath me, pleased that I was able to sleep and wake without interruptions. How long had it been since I've had a proper rest? This took me back to the time I spent in Vincenzo's mansion, reminding me of how I had to be woken with water being poured over me, loud banging on the door, or having the blanket on my body being pulled away harshly. Khaleesi’s Pov; I never really understood the concept of death coming and going, taking whoever she wanted anytime she pleased. Each time I was unfortunate enough to witness the death of others, only one question kept lingering in my mind - Did they ever have a choice? Were they given an opportunity? I guess not because as I laid on the all too familiar bed, listening to the sound of machines get louder than before, it seemed to me like they weren't really given an opportunity. The ward had become colder and even my body parts seemed not to be in support of seeing me alive again. I could feel the coldness lurk around, loitering around my body and starting to create a familiarity between us. Everything Around me didn't look as colorful as they once used to and it was even difficult to hold a lie. “Beep. Beep. Beep,” was the one sound from the machine, giving the ward a bit of life compared to my fragile self with a sickly pale skin laying on the bed. With each breath I too
KHALEESI’S POV; Darkness slowly carried me and I willingly let it, too weak to fight against it. Shadows floated above me and I fought for my consciousness, hoping to bring myself out of whatever state this was. Forcing my eyes open, I closed them back immediately, trying to get used to the sudden brightness that almost blinded me. I forced them open again, only to see shadows swimming at the edges of my vision, their hands stretching out to me as if asking me to come. Their hands were spread out towards me, inviting me and immediately, I tried to force my eyes open. “Ah!” With a loud gasp, i sat up on the bed, my eyes flew open, my back cold with sweat and a creepy feeling crawling up my spine. The cold that slowly washed over me was none like no other and the odd scent of burning wood happened to wake my senses. Staring around me, the first thing that came in sight was a small traditional pot with a small fire burning at the middle. Slowly, I let my eyes roam towards the
