I felt like sleeping beauty when I woke up.

I could barely remember half of what happened but I didn’t catch a small bit about Belinda not being the motherly person I thought she was.

Lucas was beside me when my eyes flattered open.

He smiled when I looked at him, “welcome back to the land of the living.”

“You make it sound as though I was dead.”
