Nate's POV

I put the whole thing about Hannah behind me and focused on healing Layla. I held onto her arms and closed my eyes as I tried to feel for whatever is wrong with her.

I found it and began to take it in. I felt Freddie’s hand on my left shoulder.

“Take it easy, Alpha, you can only do so much.”

I nodded as he ran off. I moved close to Layla as I held onto her right hand and fell asleep.

My eyes shot open and the first thing ai noticed was that I no longer held her hand. I looked towards the bed in shock and jumped grin the chair. Layla was no longer in the room.

With great speed, I ran out of the room. I grabbed the first healer I found.
