Mia’s POV

When I woke up the next morning, few maids were already in the room but there was no sign of Logan and I sighed in relief. I didn’t think I was ready to see him again that morning, especially not with the kiss that happened last night.

“Good morning my lady”

One of the maids greeted and I smiled, trying to shake off the lingering thoughts of Logan and the kiss.

“Good morning”

I replied, sitting up on the bed.

“The alpha wants you to join him for breakfast, my lady” she revealed and I felt a knot in my stomach at the mention of Logan and my mind wandered back to the way he had kissed me. I felt a blush rise to my cheeks as I remembered the way my body had responded to his touch and I shivered.

Pushing the thoughts away, I got out of the bed as the maids began to help me get ready for the day, helping me bathe and getting dressed into a beautiful gown and few minutes later, I was all ready.
