My brows furrowed as I wiped my tears away. Grief should be once, this revenge...forever. I looked up at him, my eyes determined. I knew what I had to do, even if I had to break a promise I made to him.

"You want to bring Eric back here?"

Austin nodded. "He probably knows where Catherine is hiding. If we know where Catherine is, there is a high chance Lily is with her too. And the letter indicated that there was more than one person. I am not sure why Simon said only Lily's name, however."

I nodded. "What do I have to do?"

He held my shoulders. "I need you to feel better again. It is a selfish request, but I need the Hazel back. Meanhile, I will arrange a grand burial for your friend, and push back our ceremonies."

I nodded, wiping my tears again. "Thank you, Austin. You don't know how much this means."

He smiled and patted my head, then took his phone out. "I will make a call to Beta Liam now. He will go to Eric tomorrow and make sure to bring him back."

I nodded. "Thanks."
