(Sophia's Point of View)
Over the next few days, I prepared myself mentally and physically for the procedure. I followed the doctor's instructions carefully, avoiding certain foods and activities to ensure that my body was ready. On the day of the procedure, I arrived at the packhouse clinic feeling nervous but determined. The Alpha met me at the entrance, his expression kind and reassuring."How are you feeling, Sophia?" he asked, placing a hand on my shoulder."I'm a bit nervous, but I'm ready," I replied, trying to keep my voice steady. The Alpha nodded, leading me inside the clinic. The medical team was already waiting, dressed in white lab coats and carrying various equipment. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless. The medical team collected the Alpha's sperms and processed them towards me. I felt a sense of relief when it was over, grateful that it was one step closer to achieving our goal.Afterwards, the Alpha escorted me back to my room in the packhouse. He insisted that I rest and take it easy for the next few days, assuring me that he would handle any pack business that needed attention.I spent the next few days in my room, resting and recovering from the procedure. Despite the Alpha's reassurances, I couldn't help feeling anxious about the outcome.A few days after our conversation about the medical procedure, I received a message from the Alpha requesting my presence at a secluded spot on the seaside, just outside of town. He wanted to meet me there, alone, around 9 pm when the moon rose brightly.I was both nervous and excited about the prospect of meeting the Alpha in such an intimate setting. I had never been alone with him before, and the thought of spending time with him outside of the packhouse made me feel both nervous and excited. As the evening approached, I found myself growing more and more anxious. I spent hours getting ready, trying on different outfits and doing my hair and makeup to perfection. When the clock finally struck nine, I made my way to the spot that the Alpha had designated. Finally, the sun began to set and I made my way to the seaside. The moon was already starting to rise, casting a soft glow over the water. When I arrived, I saw the Alpha standing at the edge of the water, looking out over the ocean. He turned to me as I approached, his eyes glinting in the moonlight."Hello, Sophia," he said, his voice low and smooth. The Alpha gestured towards a blanket that was spread out on the sand nearby. "Please, have a seat."I sat down on the blanket, feeling the warmth of the sand against my skin. The Alpha sat down beside me, his eyes fixed on mine."I wanted to meet you here, away from the packhouse," he said, his voice serious. "I wanted to have a chance to talk to you without any interruptions or distractions."I felt a sense of anticipation growing inside of me. I wondered what the Alpha wanted to talk to me about."There's something I want to tell you, Sophia," the Alpha said, his eyes never leaving mine. "Something that I haven't told anyone else."I felt a shiver run down my spine at the intensity of his gaze. I knew that this was a moment that I would never forget."I'm listening," I said, my voice barely above a whisper."Thank you for coming, Sophia," he said, his voice low and serious.I nodded, feeling a sense of apprehension wash over me. I didn't know what the Alpha wanted to talk about, but I knew that it was important."I wanted to talk to you about something," he said, his voice quiet. "Something that's been on my mind for a while now."I waited for him to continue, my heart was pounding in my chest."As you know, we're in this together," he said, gesturing between us. "And I want to make sure that we have a strong foundation. That we trust each other and that we're honest with each other."I nodded, feeling a sense of relief. This was something I could understand and relate to."I agree," I said, my voice was low and quiet. The Alpha took a step closer to me, his eyes fixed on mine. "And there's something that I need to tell you, Sophia. Something that I've been keeping from you."My heart began to race as I waited for him to continue. I didn't know what he could possibly be keeping from me."When we first met," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I felt a connection to you. Something that I can't explain."I felt my cheeks flush at his words. I had felt the same connection, but I had dismissed it as my imagination."And I want to explore that connection, Sophia," he said, his eyes fixed on mine. "I want to get to know you better. On a personal level."I felt a mix of confusion and excitement at his words. I didn't know what he meant by "getting to know me better", but I couldn't deny the flutter of anticipation in my chest."I don't know what you mean," I said, my was voice trembling. The Alpha stepped even closer, his hand reaching out to brush a strand of hair away from my face. "I want to take you out on a date, Sophia. Just you and me. To see where this connection leads."I felt my breath catch in my throat at his words. A date? With the Alpha? It was a dream that I had never dared to imagine."Okay," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. The Alpha smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. The Alpha took a deep breath before continuing. "Sophia, I want you to know that I have been thinking about you a lot lately. Ever since that day I've looked around the crowd, and I've chosen you, you looked like a piece of gem that sparks and attracts me with your beauty."As I heard him utter those words of confession, I was completely paralyzed, I cannot feel the air that blows towards my curly ash grey hair and my hands starts to tremble. I thought that he meant that a date which is eating or something, turns out that it's different. It was not the words that I was expecting, and I realized that maybe, that's the reason why he wanted to talk to me in such secluded place. Away from the pack, with just the two of us."I don't know what to say right now, Alpha, but I'd like to confirm if you are indeed in your right mind right now are you?" I asked, I then patted his forehead, because it might be possible that he had a fever or something that is bothering him.I don't want to expect too much from a wolf that is not even mine, also, our status is completely different. He is an Alpha, whilst I am just a mere she-wolf from the pack, we are nothing alike and we are not connected in such a way.He looked at me in the eyes as I patted his forehead, he was thrilled as I do it and smirked a little."I'm not sick or anything, I am in my complete state of mind, and I could confirm that I said it in front of you and you are not hearing it wrong," he said."I want you," he added. My mind is processing and I am already out of control, there had been a lot of questions inside my mind, thinking about how bad it can get to fall into this forbidden love, the love that we should not take risk of."But Alpha, that's a si-" I said, but he interrupted me."I know, no need to mention it.""I am sorry for being arrogant right now, I am not expecting you to reciprocate your feelings because I know that it is not right, I have a wife, the Queen, as I am the Alpha king. I am just doing this to get over and give peace to my mind," he said. His emotions started to fall over and it's very obvious that he was saddened that he felt that way. I am keeping up with my emotions and not risk in it, not risking to tell him that I feel the same too, but, my heart wants to shout it out loud that I want him as well.I sighed and took a deep breath, I could hear the waves of the ocean and the wind starting to give chills and goosebumps to my body."I feel the same way, Alpha. The moment that I started to have checkups, I was looking for your presence and even asked the doctor about it, I felt embarrassed as he stated I should not be concerned about it because it's a professional agreement and my only goal is to have your child only. But I can't help it, I just stay silent," I added."I want to meet you again tomorrow, I don't want to spoil this moment," he added."Can I take you on a date?"I felt a sense of disbelief as the Alpha's words sank in. He wanted to take me out on a date? It was almost too much to process. But as I looked into his eyes, I saw the sincerity and determination in them. This wasn't just some idle request, it was something he truly wanted."When?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady."Tomorrow night," he said, his hand still resting gently on my cheek. "I'll come to your room at 8 pm to escort you to dinner."I nodded, still in shock. "Okay, I'll be ready."The Alpha's hand dropped away from my face and he took a step back. "Good. I'm looking forward to it, Sophia."As he turned to leave, I called out to him. "Alpha?"He turned back to me, his eyebrows raised in curiosity."I just want to say...thank you. For choosing me as your surrogate. And for this...date."The Alpha smiled, a genuine warmth spreading across his features. "It's my pleasure, Sophia. I'm grateful to have you as my surrogate, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you better."With that, he turned and walked away, leaving me alone on the beach. As I watched him go, I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nervousness. I had never been on a date with anyone, let alone the Alpha. And as much as I wanted to believe that this could be something real, I knew that it was unlikely. The Alpha was married to his Luna, Bella, and I was just a surrogate. But still, I couldn't help the flutter of hope in my chest. The next day passed in a blur of excitement and nervousness. I spent hours getting ready, trying to find the perfect outfit for the occasion. When the Alpha arrived at my room, I was ready and waiting. He looked stunning in his formal attire, his dark hair slicked back and his eyes sparkling with anticipation. As he led me out of the packhouse, I felt a sense of awe and disbelief that I was really on a date with the Alpha. We arrived at a fancy restaurant in the heart of the city and ate our dinner. After we finished our meal, the Alpha led me out of the restaurant and onto the dock where a massive yacht was moored. He smiled at me as he helped me aboard and then gestured for me to follow him to the deck. The boat was stunning, with a large dining area, a spacious living room, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. As we set sail into the ocean, I couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder and awe at the whole experience. The moon was bright and full, casting a soft glow over the water as we dined on fresh seafood and sipped on champagne. The Alpha was charming and engaging, regaling me with stories about his past and his plans for the future. As the night wore on, I felt my guard slowly start to come down. I was no longer just the surrogate, but someone he genuinely seemed to enjoy spending time with. The Alpha made me feel special, and for the first time in my life, I felt like someone truly saw me.As we finished our meal, the Alpha stood up and held out his hand. "Come with me," he said, his voice were soft.(Zavier's POV) On a calm and captivating night, the moon radiated with a dazzling brilliance, illuminating the entire world with its otherworldly light. It was a night that seemed to be filled with magic and wonder. In the midst of this enchanting atmosphere, I decided to go on a solitary adventure through the captivating embrace of the moonlit forest.I discovered that my thoughts were consumed by Luna Bella, and I couldn't help but ponder over the series of events that had led me to where I am now. As I take a moment to contemplate and look back on the various experiences I have had in my life, I am overwhelmed by a deep and intense feeling of longing that permeates my heart. This yearning is a powerful and profound emotion that resonates within me, urging me to seek something more, something beyond what I have already encountered. It is a sentiment that goes beyond mere desire or longing for material possessions, but rather a yearning for a deeper meaning, purpose, or connection
(Zavier's POV)The sadness of losing my beloved Luna Bella remained deeply rooted in my heart. It was a sorrow that refused to fade away, persisting with an enduring ache that seemed to linger on indefinitely. The absence of the woman had a profound effect on me, particularly when it came to making decisions as the Alpha. Her presence was so significant that her absence was palpable, and it influenced every choice I had to make in my leadership role. We deeply felt the absence of her presence, and her memory acted as a source of inspiration and guidance for us as we navigated through the tough obstacles that came our way. The pack, referring to a group of individuals, had become an indispensable source of support and resilience in my life. They provided me with the necessary emotional and practical assistance to navigate through challenging times. Our ability to work together in perfect harmony was instrumental in not only ensuring our survival but also enabling us to thrive and pro
(Zavier's POV)As I stood next to Luna Bella, a feeling of deep sadness washed over me, causing my heart to sink. It was a heartbreaking moment as I witnessed her life gradually slipping away. Bella, my mate, who was once full of life and vitality, now appeared feeble. Her breaths were growing increasingly shallow as time went on. I was experiencing an intense and excruciating pain in my chest that felt unbearable. The mere thought of a life without her was too overwhelming for me to even imagine.I tightly grasped her hand, desperately yearning for my touch to provide solace and reassurance to her. I begged Bella to remain by my side, my voice filled with intense emotion, causing it to crack and break." I am pleading with you not to abandon me or walk away from me. I am expressing my deep desire for you to stay by my side and not leave me alone."Luna Bella mustered a smile, her eyes brimming with a mixture of affection and sorrow, it's the same eyes that I fell in love with a few
~Flashback~ Luna Bella was seated all alone in the quiet solitude of her chambers. The soft moonlight streamed in through the window. It created a gentle glow that enveloped the entire room. As she reflected on her emotions, her thoughts became consumed by a profound feeling of sadness, accompanied by an overwhelming yearning. It had been several years since she and Alpha Zavier was on their journey to conceive a child. Despite their unwavering efforts, she had not been blessed with the gift of pregnancy. As the Luna of the Crescent Pack, she felt an immense weight of responsibility. The main goal that she had was to make sure that the future of the pack was secure. The pack was in need of an heir. She had a strong desire to fulfill Alpha Zavier's longing for a child. Despite her best efforts and the assistance of the pack's healers, she was unable to conceive. As a result, she remained infertile. She was haunted by the memory of that fateful day. On that day, she received news that
(Zavier's POV) ~Flashback: Zavier's Dream~ I stood there, feeling completely awestruck. I was unable to tear my eyes away from the incredible sight that lay before me. The woman, Sophia, whom I had truly loved, was currently in the process of bringing a completely new life into existence. Ever since the very first moment we met, I have been absolutely astounded by her incredible courage and unwavering selflessness. As I cradled the crying baby in my arms, I was filled with an immense feeling of gratitude and love towards her.I shifted my eyes to Luna Bella. The woman wore a radiant smile on her face, a smile that exuded pure happiness. She extended her hand gently towards the baby's delicate cheek. With love, she caressed it tenderly. Finally, after years of hoping and longing, our ultimate dream of starting a family and bringing a child into our lives has become a reality. Sophia's unwavering support and sacrifice made this incredible achievement possible."Thank you, Sophia," I w
(Sophia's POV) ~Flashback~ I always envision myself to be someone that will definitely give my father a good life. I know that he has a lot of dreams for me, I know that there is a lot of things that I need to do as well in order for myself to keep on going with life. As the days went by, I could feel the weight of my secret becoming heavier and heavier. Each passing moment added to the burden I carried. The words spoken by Elena had remained in my mind for quite some time. After taking the time to reflect on her words, I came to the realization that she was, in fact, correct. I felt a strong need to share my thoughts and feelings with someone I trusted and who was in close proximity to me. This was because I was dealing with a challenging situation at the time. However, the mere idea of informing my father filled me with an overwhelming sense of fear and dread. Throughout my life, he had consistently been the one I could rely on. He has always been my unwavering support system.
