Chapter 96:The Alpha's Rage

Few hours earlier....

Xavier arrived in the room with Serena in his arms. It was a simple room with two low beds and a single chair. The tiled floor was cold to the touch and the little windows had dark coloured curtains shielding the room from the harsh light. The lantern cast a dim glow in the room.

"Put her here",Tabitha said to Xavier. "There's not much in this hideout. Just enough to keep us safe and help us prepare".
