Chapter 18: Meeting each other

My head is about to explode. I haven't been able to concentrate at work because I've been thinking about the woman who ends up in my bed for the second time. The first time, it seemed my fault for having followed her without knowing her, but, a second time, it can't be taken as a coincidence.

It was as if we were destined and I, who don't believe in it, find it suspicious. I could say that my mother made it possible for me to lose my control last night, but why out of so many women, was she the one in my room?

“You have me worried, my friend. That's the second time you've come in with marks this month," Jackson says and I sigh deeply.

“You come in with marks at least three times a week. So, I don't understand why my marks should worry you.” I say a little annoyed that I always find out when I'm with that woman.
