At that moment, all Percival could think about was ensuring his survival.

Sebastian glanced coldly at him and smiled. "Mr. Chard, that's not what you said before."

He had no intention of letting Percival and the others leave alive.

Maximus was just a clown at most. Even if he was permitted to leave, he couldn't endanger Sebastian, Whitney, or Rosalie.
