CHAPTER 16

I WOKE UP when I heard someone talking next to me. I immediately looked at the faces of the people around me. They are not familiar. I heard them talking and freaking out but I still feel groggy that's why I didn't mind them.

Doctors immediately approached me and checked my vital signs. They also asked some questions and I immediately answered them.

"Sister!" A woman uttered.

"Who are you?" I asked her.

The woman who called me looked sadly at a Doctor, which is why my eyes turned to them too.

"Doc Demion, why can't she recognize me?" The girl who said I was her sister was obviously worried.

"It's because of the traumatic experience of her brain from the plane crash. We'll check her time by time. For now, I'll give you some privacy to talk.” The doctor said.

When the Doctor left, she immediately came to me and called me, as well as the somewhat elderly woman.

"Celine, I'm Mommy and this is Cyrille—your sister." An elderly woman was crying while squeezing both of my hands.
