9. Edmud's Nonsense

"Are you crazy?" shrieked Angel Julian.

I was silent, and sat down at one of the big tables. I was out of ideas so I flew to him and asked him for advice.

"Can you ask something reasonable enough?" he added.

"Come on, I'm just asking!"

Angel Julian fell silent. He then tapped his fingers on the table with a gaze that never left me. I don't know what he thinks of me now.

"I don't want to dirty my wings, and she doesn't have enough money to travel," I said softly.

Angel Julian shook his head slowly.

"We can't create something like that, and it's also impossible to take other people's money because it's a despicable act. Archangel Jin will immediately punish you if you do that!" Julian looked at me with a sharp gaze.

I returned his gaze no less sharply. Can't he see I'm already half frustrated by it?

"Then what do you think I should do? I can't give her both, the money and the ride! Julian, I really have to find the scroll or my punishment will be even worse!"
