Chapter 16: No Matter What

  Dillon opened the bathroom door and stepped out. He was mostly dressed, but decided he wanted a different shirt. Upon closer inspection the red and white striped shirt had a monstrous slurpie stain from when Kat dropped an entire slurpie on his lap. That had been a riot. He, Kat, and Brenden had gone to Dorney Park the summer previous, and on the way home they stopped to get slurpies. She was the driver, with Dillon in the front seat and Brenden in the back.
