AARON’s POV

“I have no fucking idea man,” I sighed.

Cole seemed to be lost in thought.

"Aaron," he finally turned to me, his voice edged with frustration, "do you think the security guards could have had access inside the house?"

I leaned against the table, my mind racing as I considered his question. "No, Cole," I replied firmly, my tone steady. "The security guards don't have access inside the house. Only one person does."

Cole's brows shot up in surprise. "Who?"

"The cleaner," I said, watching his reaction closely. "She's the only one with a key card that can bypass the security measures."

Cole's face twisted in thought as he processed this information. "So, you're saying the house wasn't broken into?"

I nodded, a sinking feeling settling in the pit of my stomach. "Exactly. The locks are intact, the alarms weren't triggered. It's as if whoever entered knew exactly how to get in without leaving a trace."

He let out a frustrated sigh, running a hand through his hair. "Dammit, Aaron.
