BELLA’s POV

As my eyes fluttered open, I realized I was still inside my rental car, and it was parked precariously at an awkward angle on the side of the road. My head throbbed with pain, probably from hitting the steering wheel during the accident. For a moment, the world around me was a blurry haze.
