Sam POV

We walk down the hall toward the meeting room. Adam asks Miranda and Rick if they would like anything before we start the meeting. Neither require anything so we get situated and Miranda gets right down to business. “First, I want to say again, I adored your parents, Alpha Adam,” she says. “Please call me Adam, and this is my Beta, Sam, and thank you for the kind words about my parents. They are greatly missed,” Adam replies.

“Great, Adam and Sam, it is nice to meet you both although I suspect you would prefer this meeting under better circumstances,” Miranda says politely. Nodding Adam agrees, “Yes we seem to be under some sort of spell or spells and are wanting to know what we might do about it,” Adam says.
