Into The Void

[Leah’s POV]

I stood in the hallway listening to the voices that drifted from the room I was currently outside of. After waking up and finding myself in an infirmary completely cleaned up and bandaged, I immediately reached out in an attempt to find the others. Once locating them, I wasted no time getting out of bed and making my way towards where they were.

As I considered the fact that I had been drugged, I found myself growing angrier and angrier until I couldn’t stand back and listen any longer.

"....Blood of the child’s mother..."

The words drifted towards me, spurring me to move, pushing open the door and taking in the large scene where everyone was gathered.

"Take it." I snapped, drawing everyone’s attention to me. "You need my blood?" I continued, stopping in front of an odd man I had never seen before. "Take it."
