_Ryker's POV_

Kai leaned against the table. “07-13.”

He tapped the coin with his finger. “We need to figure out what this means.”

Axel crossed his arms. “It could be a location.”

“That is what we thought,” Kai replied. “But we checked the possible areas connected to those numbers. Nothing matches.”

I stared at the coin. The hunters had always been careful. They never left simple clues. Everything they did had a purpose.

Shadow moved inside my mind. "They want us to find something."

_Ryker's POV_The room had been silent for too long and I hated every second of it.I had spent years surrounded by battles, screams and the sound of enemies falling. I had faced death more times than I could remember and I had never been afraid of it. But sitting beside Emma’s bed, waiting to know if she would open her eyes again, was a fear I had never experienced before. My hand had not left hers since the healer gave her the antidote. I was afraid that if I let go, even for a moment, she would disappear....as if she had only been a dream. Her fingers were still cold but they were not as cold as before. Her breathing had become steadier and the poison was no longer spreading through her body. Yet she still remained unconscious.Hours had passed but I had not slept. I could not. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw her lying there. I remembered how pale her face had become and how weak her heartbeat sounded when I thought I was going to lose her.Shadow shifted restlessly inside me. "

  • The Biker Alpha's Hidden Luna    Chapter 20

_Ryker's POV_The deeper we walked into the Black Forest, the more I felt that something was wrong. It was not the usual feeling of danger that came before a battle. I knew that feeling well. I had faced enemies who wanted my death and I had walked into places where every shadow could hide a threat. This was different. The forest itself felt like it was watching us. The trees stood too still. The wind barely moved through the branches, yet the air around us felt heavy. Every step felt like we were walking deeper into something that did not want us there.Shadow remained alert inside me. "Something is wrong."I tightened my grip on my weapon and looked around. "I know."Kai glanced back at me. "Alpha?"I shook my head. "Stay close."Axel looked at the trees around us. "You feel it too?"I nodded. "The forest is aware of us."Neither of them answered. They did not need to. They felt it too.We continued forward, following the direction the healer had given us. The Moonshade Blossom coul

  • The Biker Alpha's Hidden Luna    Chapter 19

_Ryker's POV_Before I left, there was one thing I needed to do. I needed to see Emma one more time.I knew that I was wasting precious minutes but I could not walk into the Black Forest without looking at her again. I needed to remind myself why I was going. I needed to see the person I was fighting for.I walked back into her room quietly. The sight of her lying there made something inside my chest tighten.Emma had always been full of life. Even when she was afraid, there was a fire inside her that I could see. She challenged everyone around her. She refused to stay silent. She looked at me like I was not an untouchable Alpha but just a man who annoyed her. Now, she was completely still. Her face had lost its usual color and her breathing was weaker than before. Seeing her like this was harder than any battle I had ever faced. My hands tightened into fists at my sides. I hated feeling helpless. I could fight enemies. I could protect my pack. But I could not fight a poison inside h

"They want us to find something."I clenched my jaw. "Or they want us to look in the wrong direction."My wolf was silent for a moment. Then he answered. "Either way, Emma is connected."My chest tightened. I hated how true those words felt. Before I could respond, my phone started ringing. I looked at the screen. It was the medical room.A strange feeling moved through me. I usually ignored calls during meetings unless they were important. But the phone kept ringing.Once....twice....three times.Something was wrong. I immediately answered

  • The Biker Alpha's Hidden Luna    Chapter 17

_Emma's POV_The garage was usually the one place where I could forget the weight that came with being an Alpha.Away from the meetings, the responsibilities and the endless expectations attached to my name, I could finally breathe. Surrounded by my motorcycles and my riders, I was not just Ryker Blackthorn, the Alpha of the Devil’s Pack. I was simply myself. But today, even this place felt different. The usual sounds of engines, laughter and conversations were gone. The garage was filled with a heavy silence as my men stood around the large table in the center of the room. Their attention was fixed on the piece of paper lying on top of it.A symbol. One I had hoped never to see again. The broken moon. My eyes stayed on the mark as memories returned. It was the same symbol I had seen tattooed on the hunter’s wrist the night he came after Emma. The same mark that had been left behind after the attack on my shipment route. There was no doubt anymore. Both attacks were connected and they

  • The Biker Alpha's Hidden Luna    Chapter 16

_Emma's POV_The next morning, I woke up slowly. I was still wrapped in the unfamiliar feeling of this new life. For a few seconds, everything felt normal. Then reality returned. I was no longer living the simple life I once knew. I was inside a world of wolves, secrets and dangers I never imagined existed. The bond between Ryker and me was still something I struggled to understand. Even though we were not in the same room, I could still feel a faint connection between us. It was comforting and terrifying at the same time. After getting ready, I made my way to the dining hall. When I entered, I immediately noticed Ryker. He was standing near the entrance. He was speaking with a few of his warriors. His expression was serious. It was the same one he wore whenever the responsibilities of being an Alpha weighed on him.But the moment his eyes found mine, something changed. The coldness disappeared and his expression softened. It was still strange seeing that side of him. To everyone else
