My previous thoughts about the possibility of Henry’s attempt to approach our aunt would be proved right in such an absurd way? I had never imagined in my wildest nightmares.

Right now, Henry was arrogantly standing in front of me, but my aunt’s critical condition made the whole scenario worse. She was tied to a chair with the help of ropes.

The tears splashing from her eyes were the rivers of despair. She looked up, the misery written all over her face crushed my heart with a giant rock.

“Don’t fight over a useless worldly possession, my son Henry. Family is more important than this.”

Worldly possession?

My mind was wheezing under the haze of this shocking disclosure, the ropes around my aunt’s fragile, old body rushed all my blood to my eyes. The world around me turned red, as I stepped forward.

“What are you waiting for, Henry? Untie our aunt and tell me who has done this to her?
