Chapter 58

Faith was almost completely pressed against the window of the copter she was in. She gazed down at the ground beneath them in awe.

There was something different about riding in a helicopter that set it apart from being in an aeroplane.

For one, she could feel the movements more. Also, despite the headphones jammed over her ears, she could still hear the roar of the fans rolling overheard.

All the same, she was thoroughly enjoying herself. She'd snapped a picture of the helicopter before they got on and sent it to Adele and Sheila.

Adele and Sheila... She recalled the conversation she'd had to have with them that morning.

After she made the decision to stay, she'd had to call them up and explain to them. After all, she'd told them the previous night that she was leaving.

She'd had a difficult time explaining her reasoning to Sheila especially. Adele was all for her staying.

But Sheila was a different story. She'd insisted that Faith leave immediately, especially after hearing what t
