Carmen’s POV

Tiana and I waited for Chase to come to her office. She had already instructed me that I would have to come to her office first before starting anything else for the day.

I already had the schedule ready, but then again, I was very concerned about last night’s realization. It was funny that I was there for hours, and even when I discovered the place, I never thought of the acronym, and since last night till this very moment, I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

Millie had gone to be angrily, and as early as possible, she had gotten dressed and left for work, so we hadn’t seen each other or exchanged words, but there was no amount of reaction from her that would make me feel bad about what I had done.

The numbers were already good, and Chase had gone back to being the sweet Ice King by the time I woke up this morning.
