CHAPTER 55 - The Verdict and Ending

A few days have passed and Atty. Yhera and Seigfred stayed like they are always in their honeymoon stage until they returned both to their works.

They found out more about Shandall being the mastermind too of shooting Atty. Yhera based on the report of Atty. Yhera's friend at the NBI. It brought anger again to Atty. Yhera, and more so to Seigfred. But seeing how happy his best friend, Buddy is now with Shandall, Atty. Yhera tried to pacify her heart and once again decided not to sue Shandall. Seigfred was not actually amenable to that.

"She should suffer the consequences of her action, Sweetheart. She might do it again," Seigfred said hissingly. He wanted Shandall to be punished for hiring someone to shoot Yhera, yet the latter pacified him.
