Aria's POV

Caleb must've sensed something was off with me—he was just about to say something when Gabriella piped up with excitement.

"Caleb, great news! Remember that vineyard you were eyeing last month? I pulled a few strings, and it's as good as ours. The paperwork's being finalized."

Caleb's eyes lit up immediately.

He had once mentioned how he'd dreamed of buying that estate someday and taking someone special there.

"Are you serious? That's amazing!" He turned to me, his eyes glowing. "Aria, that vineyard is gorgeous. It has its own wine-making equipment, and I always thought it would be fun to go there and make our own wine together."

I tried to smile, tugging the corners of my lips up, but it felt stiff and unnatural.

Gabriella's face clouded for a split second, then curved into a tight, mocking grin.

"Oh, right. I still remember that bottle you made yourself a while back." She rested her chin on her hand

I would like to see a stronger Aria without Chad and Caleb around. It’s getting ridiculous at this point that she never learns. Also why would she go to a restaurant knowing Gabriella would be there then drink anything given to her from a person who is known to hate her? I just don’t get it?

Oh great now Aria is drugged! Please Author don’t let Aria get into a worse situation then she is already in. Please let her be saved & have her stop making mistake after mistake. It’s hard to read negativity all the time with hardly any good moments to her life.

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   18+ Keep a Close Eye on Aria!

Kane's POVThe chandelier above me blazed with cold, artificial light, but it did nothing to lift the shadows in my mind.I sat behind my desk, staring at the chaotic mess of paperwork in front of me, not saying a word. The silence was suffocating—thick, heavy, and absolute. Baron stood by the wall, not daring to even breathe too loud."Where is she?" I finally asked, my voice low and frigid—like it had clawed its way out of the depths of a frozen grave.Baron flinched, clearly startled, his pulse practically visible at his neck. It took him a second too long to respond. "She's at the hospital."I raised an eyebrow. He quickly added, "Chad was taken there earlier. She's… taking care of him. Caleb's with her."Of course he is. Why wouldn't he be?I let out a bitter laugh, lips curling into something that wasn't quite a smile."Chad and Caleb,"I said mockingly. "How considerate of her, making sure

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   I Won't Let Him Get Away With It!

Aria's POVThe hospital.Caleb and I had just stepped out of the elevator when a nurse rushed toward us, breathless."Chad's awake,"she said. "But… his emotions are all over the place."Caleb and I exchanged a glance. Without a word, we quickened our pace and hurried down the corridor to Chad's room. The moment I opened the door, I saw Chad yelling at the nurse, his face twisted with anger and despair."Chad."I called out softly. It was like someone had hit pause. His entire body froze. My heart twisted.Taking a slow breath, I walked over to the bed and gently placed both hands on his injured leg. The bandages were thick and cold, layers upon layers between me and him. I couldn't even feel his warmth."Chad,"I said again, voice hoarse. My throat burned, and my eyes began to sting. I sniffled and tried to steady myself. "You're going to be okay. You'll recover. I promise."I

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Something Feels Off

Aria's POVCold water splashed against my face over and over again, as if it could somehow wash away the humiliation and fury boiling inside me.I stared at my reflection in the mirror—red-rimmed eyes, trembling lips. But I kept my mouth shut and my tears locked inside."Get it together, Aria,"I whispered. "She's not worth it."Gabriella's words had been coated in sugar, but each one had landed like a knife. I was used to women like her. I'd dealt with their kind before. But pretending not to care… God, it was exhausting.I turned off the faucet, dabbed my face dry, and carefully fixed my hair and makeup. I didn't want to give her the satisfaction of seeing me break. I took a deep breath, steadied my nerves, and pushed the door open.Caleb was leaning against the hallway wall, his head down, brow furrowed with concern. I didn't need to ask—I knew he was waiting for me."Aria, are you okay?"he aske

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Humiliated

Aria's POVWe had just sat down at a small restaurant near the hospital—hadn't even looked at the menu—when Caleb's phone buzzed. It was Gabriella."Where are you? I'm coming to find you," she said, her voice cold even through the phone."What for?" Caleb glanced at me apologetically. "I've got things to do. Don't come here and cause trouble."The sound of her voice made me instinctively touch my cheek, where the sting of her slap still lingered.I lowered my gaze to the menu, but the words swam before my eyes."I don't care," Gabriella snapped, her tone rising. "I'll be at that French place downtown—the one we always go to. If you're not there in ten minutes, I'm telling Mom and Dad you've been sneaking around with Aria behind their backs."She wasn't above blackmail, clearly."You—" Caleb's voice dropped, thick with frustration. "Gabriella, you've got some nerve."He hung up with a heavy

  • The Billionaire Regret After My Goodbye   Chad Is in the Hospital

Aria's POVI ran out of the apartment building, sprinting down the street like I could outrun everything weighing on me.Cold wind tore through my clothes, chilling my skin, but I didn't stop until my lungs burned and my legs ached. Only then did I slow down.I had no idea where I was going.I just knew I had to get away—from Kane's cold accusations, from Gabriella's humiliation, from the crushing sense that I no longer belonged anywhere.I stood on the busy sidewalk, surrounded by strangers, feeling more alone than I ever had.Kane didn't believe me. Gabriella saw me as an enemy.Even Chad… even he had been dragged down because of me.Where else could I go?Just then, my phone rang."Aria, it's Dr. Harlan. Your father's medication is ready—don't forget to pick it up."I blinked, momentarily stunned. Mom's voice echoed in my memory, gently reminding me again and again not to forget his pi
