Chapter 54 – Slow Dance
He couldn’t bear to see it, though. He ran a hand through his hair. Well, his work can wait. At most, they’ll spend an hour or so outside before coming back.
“Alright, we’ll go. But I didn’t really plan to do it tonight, so I didn’t prepare anything. Are you alright with just choosing a random restaurant to have dinner in?” He felt like a failure and looked sheepish. His expression actually looked cute and she gaped at him.
“That’s fine with me.” Anything is fine as long as she can go out tonight, the soonest time possible. She can’t wait much longer.
“Alright. Go and change. Make it casual.”
“Got it.” She grinned and hopped towards him, kissing him on the cheek.
He went to change his clothes, too. He took out his phone to check which restaurants are close to their address.
