Nathan's pov

After putting my phone in my pocket. I walked further from the elevator only to bump into someone, and my blood instantly boiled, is this person blind?

I held the lady's waist to steady her, She was so soft I wanted to run my hand down to her thigh, I looked up and I am met with a pair of honey-brown eyes staring at me with surprise and black hair that looked so soft I am tempted to run my fingers through just to feel the texture.

Wow! I can't believe this, straight figure? I must admit she isn't straight anymore as I ran my eyes up and down her body. Damn, she's sexy now and I could hardly recognize her.

I must have said the name she hated out loud, The displeased look on her face only confirmed it.

"What are you doing here straight figure?" I asked and I instantly noticed her mood change, she was furious. I know she hated me, she had told me that repeatedly in the past.

"What do you mean by what am I doing here? She replied with clear irritation on her face. Her voice has changed too. It sounds melodious to my ears. She pulled back and I reluctantly let her go as my hands dropped by my side.

I ran my eyes all over her body again those nice curves and full breasts, that dress looks so good on her that I could practically eat her up.

Wait a minute!

This silver dress looks so familiar, It looked exactly like Leah's dress. I can recognize it anywhere, I picked it out myself for her as a birthday present, and I was planning to gift it to her.

Or maybe she got the same one from the same boutique? I looked down and saw the same type of heels I got for Leah, this just can't be a coincidence I thought.

Looking back up I saw the tag peeking out of her shoulder showing me it was a new dress.

   This is getting interesting.

The slit at the side exposed her thighs and how the dress hugged her curves. Damn, she's fucking hot.

I decided to play along, I will have to find out what she's doing here.

"Nice dress". I complimented after noticing that I haven't said anything for a while and she was glaring at me with a deep frown on her face.

"You are in my way Nathan," She said ignoring my compliment giving me a bored look and that annoyed me.

"What is straight figure doing here?" I asked again out of curiosity. I wanted to know what she is doing in a five-star hotel.

"I...I'm here on a business meeting "She stuttered out in reply, obviously a lie. She was never a good liar and this only confirmed my assumptions.

   There's something fishy, I thought.

"Is that so"? I grinned checking her out once more as I smirked at her.

"It's nice seeing you again Straight figure" I added, giving her room to pass.

"The name is Olivia" she replied while walking towards the elevator. What a nice view, I thought as she swayed her hips.

Do people change so easily? She's really pretty and sexy. I might have to control myself, that lady is not my spec. Well, maybe up until now. She's not in my class. I usually date models, actresses, and daughters of people whom my dad did business with.

I was snapped out of my thought when my phone started ringing. I picked it up and place it on my ear.

"Sir, the advertising company is here for their presentation, Should I take care of it?" George asked quickly and I sighed releasing a heavy breath.

"No, I'm coming, " I said hanging up.

I want to advertise my new and latest products. I don't want to lower my company standard. We are the best and always will be. My sales and finance manager tried to steal from the company while I was away for a month on a business trip and I was grateful I got everything back and was able to keep it from the media before it ruined us.

I turned around heading to the elevator but on a second thought, I wanted to see if my assumptions were right so I turned around and walked towards my suite.

I entered my suite and the bed was empty except for the expensive wristwatch I left on the bed. Leah's dress and heels were gone.

I entered the bathroom and saw some cleaning tools and a cleaning outfit on the floor.

Picking it up I read the name on it.

Why would she put on Leah's dress? I was so confused.

Does she plan on stealing it? I guess not. She would have taken the wristwatch too since it was more expensive. It cost a fortune.

I would have to find out myself. Finally, something interesting in my life I thought laying on my bed and kicking off my shoes.

I closed my eyes for a minute but immediately snapped them open when my phone rang loudly and I groaned in annoyance.

"What!" I snapped in irritation as I sit up losing my tie.

"Don't shout at me boy" I heard my mum's voice from the other line and I rolled my eyes.

"Sorry mum, just stressed out" I replied releasing a heavy breath.

"You remember your mum's voice" She replied with sarcasm and I almost hung up not ready to deal with her right now.

"When do you plan on coming home? You have been in LA for days now" She added after pausing for a minute and not getting any reply from me.

"Who told you that? I am planning to come home this evening" I said lying.

"Micheal told me, Are you avoiding your mum?" She said and I could hear the crack in her voice, was she crying?

"No! I am not, I will see you tonight Mum, I promise" I said reassuringly running my hand through my hair in frustration.

"No need, I am at the hotel" She replied.

"What?" I asked in shock, I will kill Micheal.

"Join me for lunch, I will be waiting," She said hanging up not waiting for my reply.

I stood up put on my shoes and wore my tie. I picked up my wristwatch that is on the bed and put it on, I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in," I said putting my phone inside my pocket.

"Sir, I wanted to know if you will need anything," A lady in uniform asked. I guess Noah must have sent her.

I walked past her not giving her any reply or giving her a second look. I opened the door and walked out.

Olivia "Hello Mabel" I waved at my old neighbor as I walked out of my house adjusting my purse. I know Amanda will be able to babysit Claire for a little while cos I was running late for my afternoon shift at the cafe. "Wait!" I heard Claire shout behind me as I turned to see her running down the stairs of my apartment in the blue dress Amanda made for her. She still has a year to spend in fashion school but she comes to visit every chance she gets. "I did not kiss you goodbye," She said as she stood on the tip of her toes and kissed my cheek I bent over for her to do so as I patted her head gently. "Now you can go" She replied waving me and going back into the house. I got into my car as I thought of Nathan. Nathan It's been 6 months since Olivia left and I have been miserable. At first, I thought she was missing again until Leah told me the truth about her wanting to leave and pursue her dreams. How could she do that to me? She didn't care about my feelings. She took Claire with her and I'm afraid they might not come back again. "Sir... This is the document for the last ..." My secretary said trying her best to sound professional. "Just leave it there," I said pointing at one corner of my desk and adjusting my tie. "Okay Sir," My secretary said reluctantly, she still had something to say but I was not ready to talk to anyone right now. She turned and walked out of my office, her heel clicking loudly on the tiled floor. "Hey..." I hear a familiar voice. The door of my office swung open. It's Micheal, I thought rolling my eyes. "Any news?" Michael said walking towards me and sitting on my desk. He was talking about Olivia. "No" I replied not looking his way. He sigh

Olivia I sat in silence looking out the window at nothing in particular. Nathan was sitting beside me with my hands in his, He has not left my side since I woke up in the hospital and had the uncomfortable conversation with Mr. White, or is it, Dad? I can't still get over the fact that Mr. White was my father. The car stopped in front of the mansion and for a minute I dreaded going into the house not knowing what to face or how to act towards Mr White. For God's sake, my life has turned around within two months and I don't even have a say in it. "Olivia," I heard Nathan say and I snapped my head up to see the car door open and Nathan is standing there with a worried expression on his face. I stepped out forcing a smile at him and failing miserably. He just sighed and took my hand helping me out of the car. The house was quiet as a maid walked by, she greeted Nathan and me giving me a look like she pitied me making me wonder if everyone in the house knew my story. "You haven't sa

Nathan For how long will all of this continue? My mum is a complete mess at home, I found out that I was not my father's son, and Olivia is unconscious and lying on a hospital bed looking pale. I didn't know what my father said to her. The doctor has asked us not to worry, she just needs to rest and will be discharged tomorrow morning. I see my dad in the distance, his head on the wall and his hands in a tight fist. I wonder how he was feeling, I still need to ask about what he said to my girl I thought. The hospital is busy today as doctors and nurses walk past me. My dad entered the men's room and this was the chance I had to have a word with him. I joined him in the rest room and I saw him splashing a reasonable amount of water on his face, He didn't even notice me standing behind me. "Dad... What the fuck did you tell her"? I shouted walking over to him as he turned back to look at me in shock before sadness clouded his face. He had been ignoring me and the su

Olivia I ran after Mr White who punched the wall repeatedly as he walked down the stairs angrily muttering words under his breath. I followed him quietly not knowing what to say or how to comfort a man that just found out that his only child isn't his but his best friend's. He went to his bar and took a bottle of whiskey and a glass cup. He stood for a whole minute looking at the bottle then suddenly smashed the glass cup on the floor. I gasped in fear moving back. He opened the bottle and gulped forcefully. I wondered if he hadn't noticed me or if he was probably ignoring me. He loosened his tie and then headed out the back door towards the garden. He sat down on a bench drinking from the whiskey bottle before screaming and hitting his chest repeatedly. I ran over to him kneeling in front of him and holding his clenched fist in an attempt to calm him. "It's okay Mr White, Everything is going to be fine," I said looking up at him smiling and patting his hand gently. "How could
