"I am waiting, Christine."

His deep satin tone made me look into those fierce Golden eyes once again. He is waiting for the request I want to make.

I was sure I will do it, that was till he entered the room with hands folded over his chest and asked me what is it. Immediately my confidence lowered.

His one glance and I don't really know how to put my words before him when there is no guarantee of his paranoid personality.

It scares me more than getting angry.

I fidgeted my fingers and gulped the fear that tangled in my throat.

"Umm... I have a request to make." I said, finally able to look into those heart-piercing orbs over a second.

His scar twitched as the left brow arched up. "That is what you are here for." He replied, maintaining his emperor aura.

It might be classy for him but for me, very much intimidating.

I put a few strands of hair behind my ear and cleared my throat before speaking.

"Well, uh, I have read this contract. Everything is fine but... Umm, I want to
