"June, is everything okay? For the past two days you have been indoors without saying a word to anyone," Jean said immediately as she entered her sister's room.

June sat in one corner of her bedroom, her hair was begging for the feel of a comb. As tears rolled down her soft cheeks.

"June, will you say something already? Your silence is killing me," Jean said.

But her sister would still not utter a word.

"Anyway, I went to visit Mother yesterday and she asked to see you," she informed her sister.
