Chapter 16: At her house

The ride back home was silent as Kiandra was too stressed to say anything and Zendaya wasn't ready to speak to her mother in front of the driver. It was after they arrived back home that she spoke.

“We came back to our new house?” Zendaya asked in surprise when they arrived back at the same place they left.

“Hmm, we are not leaving again,” Kiandra told her daughter as she dropped her down. “You’re burning up, come and use your drugs.”
