Lara was beginning to feel uneasy in her seemingly comfortable situation. She was being treated well, and despite waiting for several minutes, there was still no sign of Stefano.

There were five guards inside a spacious room in a safe house. Two were by the door, keeping watch. One, who seemed to be the leader, was positioned near the window, occasionally scanning the surroundings with binoculars. The other two were in a corner, playing cards.
